How can i make the camera move once it reaches a certain part of a level and it will move to 2d view but in a 3d envirioment and the controlles also change to 2d she he doesnt move in a 3d world

Please provide some more information. When you sat 2D, I think you mean orthographic mode. Look it up in the reference...
