Does anyone know of any plugins or simple methods of creating local notifications on iOS devices? I'd like to schedule a notification on the users' device to ask them to review our app, which will then link them to the appstore page for the app - or if possible straight to the review page of the app. Thanks.

you can update your unity3d. if you install unity3d 3.5 you will get notification feature only for ios.
