Beast Lightmapping Question

I'm new to the whole lightmapping thing in Unity but can anyone tell me why it would make my trees invisible?!?

the light mapping process makes your trees invisible? did you get your trees from the asset store? or did you make them your self? because the ones from the store seem to have a lot of problems when light mapped some sort of UVs not corresponding to the (o,1) space,.... I tried to fix that from Maya but it doesn't seem to work... have you found a solution yet?

I think setting the scale to 0 in beast light mapper fixed it, or I should say that it seems to have fixed it as far as getting the trees to cast shadows and not be invisible ;)
