You could model a building in blender3d and texture it with Gimp. Import it to a FBX in the blender3d import settings. Then turn the mesh colliders on.

Yep, this is probably the best way to do it for free.
Also try looking at Google's 3D Warehouse for free models of buildings (though to be honest, most of them are not optimized for games and look horrible anywhere other than Google Earth).
Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 524.3 kB each and 1.0 MB total.
