I get a notification from the Asset Store when I try to configure my account for submitting an asset that say that my name is taken. That's because it's me uploading more assets. The reason may be because I've changed my computer from Mac to PC. I have already sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but the wait is quite long (a week by now) so I am trying other ways to get an answer to this problem.
