camera.OnRenderImage with alpha mask?

I am trying to render multiple cameras to the screen at the same time, but want to apply an alpha mask (to only render part of the render texture to screen), is this possible with OnRenderImage? Can multiple cameras render to the same screen and have alpha tests applied to those screen writes so that only part of the render actually show up onscreen?
