How do we go about improving Unity Answers usability?

What's the proper channel to get an improvement into Unity Answers? Is there a feature request site or do we just email the devs? who are the devs as well, Qato or Unity?

Add [code] tags.
Better search (a lot better).
Add tags to other peoples posts.

More badges and stuff.
