Excuse me, I work for a company that run a web site which require user to install unity web player to browse 3d graphics in our site.

And we detect whether user has installed unity web player in their machine during the user registration process.

Recently, we encounter a non-reproducible bug that it ocassionally fail to detect the unity web player installation in the user's machine.

May I ask if there is any known issue for the unity web player detection not work sometimes?
