Hey guys I currently have the pro version of unity 3.3 (black unity) and I am downloading 3.4 does I need to upgrade again or my license keeps the same? I don´t want to go back to the gray unity ;)

Your pro licence is for every current and upcoming version of Unity 3 also 3.4, so you can savely download the upgrade.
