File --> Build Settings --> Player Settings --> Splash Image but that is texture 2d..... if change unity logo with video... how???

you can use no Splash Image and use a video in the first scene?

The splash screen is a static image only. To have what appears to be a video splash create a new scene and use a movie texture. When the movie has finished playing load the scene that starts your game.
