Why is my character joint deforming my mesh?

I have been trying to get a ragdoll working with my simple model that I made, I used the ragdoll creator wizard and readjusted some settings a bit to better fit the model. Basically just removed the capsule and sphere colliders for box colliders since its a cube type model :p. However, I noticed that the mesh is starting to bend/deform on some body parts and I don’t know what setting on the character joint is causing this. Any ideas?

Usually, it happens if blender rig is used, but using mixamo rig, there is a less chance of this problem.
