UNABLE TO MERGE ANDROID MANIFEST!!

Help me im trying to build my app with unity ads but i already delete it i just turn off the unity ads when i saw this problem… My Android sdk is API 22 5.1 lollipop. And in the player settings i set the minimum api to API 22 android lollipop 5.1. But this happens!!!
