This is a technical site for developers who use Unity to make games. If you have problems installing a game made with Unity, you need to contact the developer of that game.

Only IE11 still supports the webplayer on Windows. Try using that browser.
the game is on steam, then what i can do
If the game is on steam it makes no sense that you'd need the webplayer to run it. What game is that?
Adventure Quest 3D

The webplayer was replaced by building to WebGL somewhere around Unity 5.4. The webplayer is currently deprecated and most current browsers no longer work with it.
I would be looking at either building for WebGL, or since it seems a bit odd to be distributing web based builds on Steam, I'd consider building for Win/Mac/Linux standalone.
