3D novice - Sculptris model, UV map, and application in Unity .OBJ

Hello, I’m currently feeling my way through 3D with having little prior knowledge, I’m getting there… slowly.

I was wandering if there is a method for creating a UV map, rendering it in photoshop, and importing both the .OBJ file and the texture map into Unity with all the artwork lining up. Would I need an external program? can this be achieved in Unity only, is this a broad question?

There’s not a built in way to do so in Unity, as far as I know. That would be more in the realm of a 3D modelling tool, such as Maya or Blender.
