Can visual studio stop checking files in Assets?

I am using Visual Studio 2008 for unity3d,but I find when I add .cs files in U3D's Assets or add a class(also create .cs file) in VisualStudio, and when I turn back U3D, VS always reminds me that the solution is changed. And ask me to reflesh the solution. Maybe it's good for other project, but I feel a bit boring about this.

Can I do some setting so that I can reflesh solution or project by myself, not by the IDE.

thx....
