Can Unity read the ambient texture slot of a "FBX 2010" file ?

Hello there,

  • I'm using AssetPostProcessing to read materials from an FBX file (exported from 3DSMAX), mostly diffuse and ambient slot (they contain lightmaps actually)

I have not seen any way to get the texture filename of the ambient slot of the material (i can only get the diffuse by default)

Still, I KNOW that that information lies inside the FBX file (i can open it back into 3DSMAX)

Goal is : to avoid any "annoying" naming convention on material names (which is a pain in the ... for our 3d artists in large projects)

Did i miss something ?
