Depth of Field and Render Textures

When I apply depth of field to a camera and then render that camera to a Render Texture, I am getting transparency where I should be getting a blurred area. The same is true for the Vignetting post process. Other post-processes seem to work fine.

Does anyone know why this could be happening?
