Random squares on shader with high gloss

Hi,

So I have this problem (check the screenshot), it does come from the normal because when I delete the normal there is no more problem. But i’ve checked my normal in PS and there is no problem with it.
This only appears when the gloss is high.

Tried with truecolor and TGA, only makes the problem a little bit less visible.
So for me this is a problem with unity importing my normal

Any thoughts?

I have the exact same problem with the standard unity shader, and it also go away when I remove the normal. But my normal don’t contain the artifact I witness in unity… I think It does come from importing my normal in unity.
