Unity Locks up when pulling changes from Collaborate

When I try to merge changes from the collaborate server, Unity freezes. This happens when it checks if the workspace has changed. has anyone seen this, or know how to fix it?

Feel free to create a bug report, including your project info and the editor.log indicating the crash. Ping me directly with the bug number if possible. If I’m right, though, this is an issue where we were copying files while compiling, and as it happens, I have a fix for that ready for QA right now.
