lag in editor test... is this a sign of bad scripting...?

so i created 12 vs 2 fight just for fun.

BUT in editor testing IN UNITY frame rate was dropped to 20fps… (while fighting)

i was afraid… so i went to “build it and run testing” in out side of unity
the test went smoothly, all good. no lag. caped in 60fps.

I guess this happens because unity engine uses limited resources ?


the question is,

Is this really a bad sign ? Should i start optimizing ?

LOL it was Debug.Log! it was causing all the lagz
