Why won't waterbasicdaytime load textures/materials

I’m trying to use the waterbasicdaytime prefab in unity3d (5.3.1 I think is my version.) My problem is that the reflective color (RGB) fresnel (A) and Waves Normalmap textures won’t load in it so it’s only showing pink. How do I fix that?
