Strange quads caused by normal map

Hi, just was applying a normal map to my material object and then…

I have baked the normal map in substance painter, also I have checked it in blender and looks clean in both programs.

I have been trying to fix it by I don’t find the way… anyone knows what happens. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried setting your normal map texture to Truecolor?

I can see it’s set to compressed now.
