Why is clustering and other loadings happen most of the times I open Unity?

When I open Unity, something appears like this 67121-capture.png most of the times.

Model rendering and light component doesn’t work properly when this happens.
I need a solution for this.

Uncheck Baked GI and change Precomputed Realtime GI to 0.1. It will look the same and there ain’t no visual difference in lighting. It will speed up your building time alot.

Or if you want to or won’t be using any of them, uncheck both.

Also uncheck “Auto”-build, it’s not really necessary, all you need to do is just build the light when you’re done with the scene or whatever changes you have made to the scene so automode is kinda of a waste of time really.
