UNITY web player isn't showing up after installation.

I installed UNITY web player for mac on intel, I met all the system requirements, and it installed successfully, but it isn't showing up nowhere in my computer! can anyone explain why this is happening, and how I may fix it? thanks in advance!

if you can explain what game you are trying to play (a link, maybe) and how you installed the player, then yes :-)

The Unity webplayer is a browser plugin and will not show up anywhere interesting other than in your browsers when going to a webpage that has a Unity object embedded.

The plugin should be located in

"/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Unity Web Player.plugin"

and you can check the version on this page or go play a game somewhere to see if it works.

Thank you, I realized that I downloaded the wrong thing, the browser plug-in, not the acual editor. :P

i've had this problem, turns out Unity Web Player erroneously installs into "Internet Plug-ins" instead of "Internet Plug-Ins"
