I tryed to import a video file to unity, and it works. The problem is the Console says i need QuickTime to be isntalled, but it IS installed. Unity wont find it or something. Any idea why?

Problem solved, upgraded Unity to the last version and now it works perfectly. Thanks anyway.

When this happens it might be worth testing if Quicktime plays the video correctly outside of Unity. I imagine one might get an error like this if Quicktime lacked the codec needed for that particular video file, or if something was wrong with the file. UnityAnswers is not like the oldskool linear forums in the webs. In here good answers float to the top and answers are not presented in timelines. I'd like to see requests for details in the comments for a question. That way OP can edit the question adding the requested details. Later you can delete your comment if it is not relevant anymore.

The fault was merely that I was too conversational/polite. Although it was phrased as a question my reply actually WAS an answer, suggesting that the error might indicate that Quicktime might not be able to play the file. I'll edit my reply to clarify.
